This home offers and abudance of outdoor space with outdoor dining and lounging with privacy screening. Brand new bedding on all beds, outdoor shower, covered parking. This home will have a complimentary golf cart.
This home is located directly across from site 04 which is another 3 bedroom, 2 bath on stilts, if you need two homes close to one another.

January 1st-March 29th $200 a night (3 night minimum), $800 week
March 29th-April 12th $200 a night (3 night minimum), $1200 week
April 12th-26th $1800 weekly only (holiday weeks)
April 26th-May 3rd $200 a night (3 night minimum) $1200 week
May 3rd-31st $250 a night (4 night minimum) $1400 week
May 31st-June 7th, $2600 weekly only
June 7th-August 9th $3200 weekly only, add $100 for July 4th week
August 9th-16th $2600 weekly only
August 16th-September 6th $1800 weekly
September 6th-October 4th $250 a night (4 night minimum), $1400 week
October 4th-October 31st $250 a night (3 night minimum), $1200 week
November -December $200 a night (3 night minimum), $1000 week
Thanksgiving week $250 a night (4 night minimum), $1200 week
Christmas week $250 a night (4 night minimum), $1200 week
Monthly winter rentals are available from November to end of March and prices vary based on length of stay and time of year during that time period. Please message or call directly for more information about winter rentals.

Please note: If weekly rentals do not get booked, the rental will be offered nightly with a 4 night minimum but the price will be higher per night.
