January 1st-March 24th $250 a night (3 night minimum), $1000 week
March 24th-April 7th $2400 weekly only (holiday weeks)
April 7th-21st, $350 a night (3 night minimum) $1400 week
April 21st-28th, $2400 weekly only
April 28th-May 26th $350 a night (4 night minimum) $1800 week
May 26th-June 2nd, $2800 weekly only
June 2nd-August 11th $4000 weekly only, July 4th week is additional $100
August 11th-18th $3200 weekly only
August 18th-September 8th $2000 weekly
September 8th-October 1st $250 a night (4 night minimum), $1400 week
October 1st-October 31st $350 a night (3 night minimum), $1400 week
November -December $250 a night (3 night minimum), $1000 week
Thanksgiving week $350 a night (4 night minimum), $1500 week
Christmas week $350 a night (4 night minimum), $1500 week
Monthly winter rentals are available from November to end of March and prices vary based on length of stay and time of year during that time period. Please message or call directly for more information about winter rentals.
Please note: If weekly rentals do not get booked, the rental will be offered nightly with a 4 night minimum but the price will be higher per night.
Refundable deposit $300, $500 if you have teenagers
