Everything in this home has been custom designed for a unique coastal experience. Large open concept kitchen and living room, perfect for family gatherings. Very spacious primary bedroom (king bed) with on-suite bath. Remaining bedrooms offer custom queen beds with beautiful decor and bedding. Spacious outdoor covered front porch with extra dining and seating with television. This home will offer a complimentary golf cart. Custom outdoor surfboard shower. Washer/dryer. A second complimentary golf cart is available upon request!
Rental Rates for 2025
Saturday to Saturday
January 1st-March 29th $250 a night (3 night minimum), $1200 week
March 29th-April 12th $300 a night (3 night minimum), $1400 week
April 12th-26th $2400 weekly only (holiday weeks)
April 26th-May 3rd $300 a night (3 night minimum) $1400 week
May 3rd-31st $350 a night (4 night minimum) $2000 week
May 31st-June 7th, $3500 weekly only
June 7th-August 9th $4200 weekly only, add $100 for July 4th week
August 9th-16th $2800 weekly only
August 16th-September 6th $2000 weekly
September 6th-October 4th $300 a night (4 night minimum), $1600 week
October 4th-October 31st $300 a night (3 night minimum), $1400 week
November -December $200 a night (3 night minimum), $1000 week
Thanksgiving week $250 a night (4 night minimum), $1400 week
Christmas week $250 a night (4 night minimum), $1400 week
Monthly winter rentals are available from November to end of March and prices vary based on length of stay and time of year during that time period. Please message or call directly for more information about winter rentals.
Please note: If weekly rentals do not get booked, the rental will be offered nightly with a 4 night minimum but the price will be higher per night.
