Ocean lakes is a family oriented resort with very strict rules and therefore this home is rented to families only. Ocean lakes has water park, pools, basketball, rec room, game room, grocery store/gift shop, snack bars , putt putt etc and is everything you want for a wonderful vacation.

April 27th-May 25th $200 a night (4 night minimum) $1200 week
May 25th-June 1st, $1500 weekly only
June 1st-August 10th $2500 weekly only, add $100 for July 4th week
August 10th-17th $1900 weekly only
August 17th-September 7th $1400 weekly
September 7th-October 1st $200 a night (4 night minimum), $1200 week
October 1st-October 31st $250 a night (3 night minimum), $1000 week
November -December $200 a night (3 night minimum), $1000 week
Thanksgiving week $250 a night (4 night minimum), $1200 week
Christmas week $250 a night (4 night minimum), $1200 week
Monthly winter rentals are available from November to end of March and prices vary based on length of stay and time of year during that time period. Please message or call directly for more information about winter rentals.

Please note: If weekly rentals do not get booked, the rental will be offered nightly with a 4 night minimum but the price will be higher per night.
